Did I Do? Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Did I Do? mobile application (the "App") operated by Did I Do? ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Did I Do? is a task management application that allows users to create, manage, and track their tasks and reminders. The App offers both free and premium features through subscription options.

3. Subscription Services

3.1 Premium Features

• The App offers premium features through subscription options processed through RevenueCat and Apple's in-app purchase system
• Subscription prices and durations will be displayed in the App before purchase
• All purchases are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen subscription period

3.2 Subscription Management

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings
• No refund will be provided for unused portion of the subscription period

4. User Data and Privacy

4.1 Local Storage

• All task data is stored locally on your device
• We do not collect or store your task information on our servers
• You are responsible for backing up your data through iCloud if desired

4.2 Analytics

We collect anonymous usage statistics as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

• App launches and crashes
• Basic feature usage patterns
• Device type and iOS version

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the App
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with the App's functionality
• Maintain the security of your device and account

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

• The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Did I Do? and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App

6.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple iOS devices that you own or control.

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1 "As Is" Basis

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, either express or implied.

7.2 Disclaimer

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Age Restrictions

Users under the age of 13 must obtain parental consent before using the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on the App or through other reasonable means.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Did I Do? operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
